Consultancy : Design Phase

Land Survey (Soil Investigation Survey):

Land survey process is organized to ensure actual land area and that does will be helped to reach the design phase. Also we obtain soil condition which is also help the type of foundation. The purpose of site investigation is to get clear information about the soil and hydrological conditions at the site. During this process the inspection of the site and study of topography is conducted to get proper information about the soil and ground water condition.

Preliminary Design:

Preliminary design process is organized to preparation of architectural drawing such as plan, section, elevation all side, blow up of rooms, bathrooms, living arrangement inside the building, design for foundation, boundary wall, RCC work with drainage etc. complete as per despairs of client.

Approval of Drawing:

After finalizing the preliminary design it will be sent to the competent local authority for its approval. Then the process is run into another part.

Architectural Drawing:

The architectural design process is organized to ensure that objectives are reached in order of priority; the highest priorities are addressed and the largest design solutions are arrived at first, then the details fall in place in concert with the larger issues and ideas.

The architectural process will be done in four phases-

  • Pre-design phase
  • Schematic design phase
  • Design development phase
  • Construction documents phase
  • Pre-design phase:

In this phase a program is developed of site survey, septic analysis and design, investigate zoning regulations and analyze site for possibilities and limitations. In order for a design to succeed, in must be rooted in a thorough understanding of the user’s needs, the constraints and other goals of the project. The project will begin with a thorough examination of these needs, goals and constraints, to form as complete as possible an understanding of these issues.

Schematic design phase:

We explore broad alternatives in design and construction, and establish the general arrangement of spaces, character and overall appearance of the design. Drawings typically range from diagrammatic to sketchy. A major focus of this phase is the relationship between rooms and spaces. Consider which spaces should be adjacent to one another and gradients of public & private spaces when sketching out the layout of spaces.

Design development phase:

Based on the results of Schematic design, we develop the design with more specifics in form, material, products, etc. These decisions help solidify design issues in preparation for the construction documents. Drawings are typically larger and more accurately drafted than Schematic design. A number of specific products may be researched and selected.

Construction documents phase:

Based on the results of Design development, we prepare the necessary drawings, written specifications and other documents needed to build the project. These are also the documents required for a building permit. At this stage of the architectural design process, the focus shifts from design to communicating the design and providing all information necessary for construction.

Structural Drawing:

Based on the results of Design development, we prepare the necessary drawings, written specifications and other documents needed to build the project such as (Master Layout Plan, Elevations, each Side with Façade and Dimensions, Sections, Each Floor Plans with detailing and Dimension’s, Roof Floor Plan, O.H.W.T Plan, Stair Plan with Dimensions Etc.). There are also the documents required for a building permit. At this stage of the architectural design process, the focus shifts from design to communicating the design and providing all information necessary for construction.

Structural drawing also contains that-

  • Foundation Layout Plan with Detailing.
  • Column Layout Plan with Detailing.
  • Grade Beam Layout Plan with Detailing
  • Floor Beam Layout Plan with Detailing
  • Slab Rein for cement with detailing
  • Stair Detailing
  • O.H.W.T Detailing
  • Grid, Scale, North Sign etc.

Fire protection drawing is a type of technical drawing that shows information about hydrant/Sprinkler system, detector system (such as smoke or heat)etc. It is a very important drawing that helps analyze the complex systems. These drawings are often asset of detailed drawings used for construction projects. Fire protection drawing also contains that-

  • As built drawing of machine lay out plan.
  • Fire detection and alarm system.
  • Firefighting system.
  • Fire hydrant system.
  • Management of combustible/ flammables.
  • Illuminated emergency light and exit sign.
  • Fire Separation of generator, sub-station etc.
